RETURN AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Refund Policy
GEMMOLAB does not offer cash refunds. If you request a return, you can choose another product of equivalent value and exchange it.
Product Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days for unopened, unused products in their original box or packaging, along with the original invoice. The product is inspected by our quality control team upon receipt. Returns of used, damaged, or unsaleable products are not accepted and will be returned to you. Along with the product you wish to return, you must include:
The original invoice, a short letter stating the reason for the return and the product you wish to replace it with. If your return request is approved, the price difference for the new product you choose will be borne by you, including shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted products.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, the product must not yet have been shipped. Cancellations are not possible for orders that have already been shipped, and in this case, the return and exchange terms and conditions will apply.
